Development of Foam and Plastic Energy Absorbers to meet performance needs with minimum cost. Development of Wheel Liners to attend the best of stone impingement efficiency. Development of Guide Rails to meet gap requirements and flushness control. Criteria and Typical section definition for bumper systems such as Bumper Band Box, Rear Danner Barrier, Bumper Offset, Bumper Band Heights, Fascia Attachments. Design oriented to achieve minimum mass and maximum performance. Familiarity with manufacturing process such as plastic injection, plastic painting, surface finishing and surface texture. Constant Interaction with Design Studio, Suppliers and Engineering teams to set compatible targets for Safety, Ergonomics and Craftsmanship. Coordination of Design Review Meetings with all stakeholders.
